Shipping Policy

1) Once an order has been paid; I need 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2) In most cases, packages will be delivered within the estimate time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

3) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivery but you have not received it, you must contact me to verify within 30 days of the order date.

Return Policy

1) You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return items you have purchased. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.
2) Return shipping is free only for the first return per order. You must use the shipping label I provide.
3) If you have already returned items from an order, but would like to return additional items from that order, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date and pay for the return shipping. Use the shipping label provided and pay a $7.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
